PREMIUM SERVICE

Documentation to prepare

ENROLLMENT SUPPORT

With this service, we will submit the admission application on your behalf. You just need to send us copies of your legalized documents and we will take care of your entire process up to enrollment.

What this service includes:

we will submit the application to the university of your choice. Thanks to our many years of experience in the field, you won't have to worry if your admission application is correct or complete.
we will check the legalizations
we will organize the translations, the cost is included in the service
we will help you complete your admission application
we will complete the necessary forms for the admission application that you will just need to sign
we will evaluate your profile and suggest improvements to make
we will optimize your cover letters: we will offer you individual support in writing your admission essay/cover letter
we will help you prepare for entrance tests (if any). If there are materials (questions and answers) provided by the university, you will receive them for free.
we will communicate with the university on your behalf
we will forward the paper version of your admission application to the university
we will give you all the necessary information regarding your enrollment (visa, travel to your new university)

What this service does not include:

o this service does not include payments required directly by the university.

Availability: This service is available exclusively for first-year students. It is not available for transfers or for students who have already graduated.

Duration: we will organize the admission application up to your enrollment.

Processing fee: 500€ (+22% VAT). The processing fee must be paid only after signing the brokerage contract with us. The processing fee covers the following costs:

- Issuing the list of required documents

- Processing the applicant's documents

- Translation and legalization of documents into the required language.

- International courier service

PREMIUM SERVICE

This service includes all the points of the enrollment support service and in addition includes:

the organization of a second admission application if necessary - we offer the enrollment support service twice.
e-Learning included (0€) for preparation for the admission test or to improve knowledge in biology, chemistry, and physics.
assistance in applying for a student visa for non-European Union residents.
transfer services are included for all our clients (EU, non-EU). Our local representatives are always at your disposal. They will organize the following for you:
Assistance in advance hotel booking for the first week of your stay (if accommodation has not already been booked)
Airport pick-up service upon your first arrival.
Assistance in finding permanent accommodation (if accommodation has not already been found)
Tour and introduction to the university and the city
Useful information about the city.
Enrollment support: our representative will accompany you to the international students office to proceed with your enrollment.
If necessary, assistance in purchasing a SIM card for your mobile phone.
Assistance in regularizing documents.
Assistance in opening a bank account.
Assistance in setting up internet, phone, TV license services.
Assistance in purchasing any type of insurance policy.

What this service does not include:

Processing fee: 600€ (+22% VAT). The processing fee must be paid only after signing the brokerage contract with us. The processing fee covers the following costs:

Issuing the list of required documents
Processing the applicant's documents
Translation and legalization of documents into the required language.
International courier service
0€ for e-Learning. The other half is borne by the applicants, only if they wish to enroll in e-Learning - it is not mandatory.

If you want to apply to other universities with our help, for each extra choice an additional cost of 240€ (+19% VAT) will be added.

Brokerage fee: 5500€ (+20% VAT)

This fee must be paid only once, even in the case of success at two or more universities.

ROMANIA AND BULGARIA

2 copies of the High School Diploma authenticated by the Municipality and the Prefecture (Hague Apostille)
2 copies of the Diploma Registration Sheet (attached to the Diploma) authenticated by the Education Office and the Prefecture
2 copies of the last 3 report cards authenticated by the Municipality or Education Office and the Prefecture
2 cumulative certificates of citizenship, residence, and birth
2 certificates of good health (from your doctor)
6 passport-sized photos
2 simple copies of identity card
2 simple copies of tax code
NB. At the time of enrollment, the original diploma must be submitted to the University

SPAIN

Copy of the High School Diploma authenticated by the Prefecture
